If you would like to delete your BYOB Sports account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

 

How to Request Account Deletion

 

To request deletion, email us at support@byobsports.com. Please include:

- Your full name

- The phone number associated with your BYOB Sports account

- A statement confirming that you want your account deleted

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 business days.

 

What Data Will Be Deleted

 

When we delete your account, we permanently remove:

- Phone number associated with your account

- Profile information (name, bio, photos, level)Match history (hosted and joined)

- Ratings and reviews you submittedApp usage data linked to your identity

This data cannot be recovered once deleted.

 

What Data May Be Temporarily Retained

 

For security and internal integrity, we may retain:

- Encrypted server backups for up to 30 days (automatic purge)

- Non-personal aggregated statistics (not linked to you)

No personal data is kept after deletion.

Need Partial Deletion or Data Changes?

If you want to remove certain data without deleting your account, you can request:

- Removal of profile photos

- Removal of match history

- Removal of ratings
