BYOB Sports Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy explains how BYOB Membership subscriptions from BYOB Sports LLC ("BYOB," "we," "us") work, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled. It is part of our Terms of Use. Subscriptions are sold and billed only through the Apple App Store.

 

1. Plans and prices
 

BYOB Membership Monthly (1 month)

US $13.99

BYOB Membership Annual (1 year)

US $134.99 (equivalent to $11.25/month)

Prices may include applicable taxes. The price shown in the app at checkout is the price you pay.

 

2. What you get

A BYOB Membership unlocks premium features, including private groups, unlimited messages, unlimited matches and a premium member badge. Free features stay available without a subscription.

 

3. Automatic renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• Your App Store account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

• If we raise the price, you will be notified in advance, as the App Store requires. In some cases you must agree to the new price before it applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

 

4. How to cancel

You cancel through your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your BYOB account does not cancel your subscription.

On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose BYOB, and tap Cancel Subscription.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

 

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are processed by Apple, not by BYOB, so we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give credits or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

 

6. Restoring purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the app, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

 

7. Changes to plans

We may add, change or remove subscription features or change prices. We will give advance notice of changes that reduce features or raise the price of your current subscription, and you can cancel before they apply.
